Ingredients:
½ cup walnut kernels (roughly chopped)
½ cup raisin (rinsed and drained)
2 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds
80g caster sugar
350ml warm water
150ml full cream milk
400g glutinous rice flour
40g corn flour
30ml corn oil
Preparation Instructions:
- In a large bowl. Add caster sugar and warm water. Whisk until sugar dissolved.
- Add in full cream milk and glutinous rice flour. Whisk to combined.
- Add in corn flour. Whisk to combined.
- Add in corn oil. Whisk to combined.
- Lightly oiled an electric baking pan. Sprinkle evenly with 1 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds, ½ cup of walnut and ¼ cup of raisins.
- Pour in the batter. Just enough to cover all the ingredients. Covered. Bake at medium heat for 8 minutes.
- Once is set. Pour in another layer of the batter. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 tbsp of roasted white sesame seeds and ¼ cup of raisins. Covered.
- Once set. Flip it over, brush the top with some oil and bake for another 8 minutes.
- Once ready. Remove from the pan and leave to cool completely before cutting into desire sizes.
- Serve.
